.
Heicha from Yuntai Mountain, Anhua from 2008, a 17-year-old tea. Tian Jian translates to "heavenly tipsy tea" and is the highest grade of heicha produced in this area - Tian Jian, Gong Jian and Shen Jian.
This tea won a gold medal at the China International Tea Expo 2008
The dry leaf smells lightly herbal with hints of fresh woods and exotic woods.
The flavor of the tea is medium-bodied, fresh, delicately balanced, combining dried herbs-chamomile, pine forest, noble woods, perhaps even bad apples, high mountain and sweet, medicinal mouthfeel :).
Excellent TianJian! A tea of delicately balanced flavours, it can withstand many infusions if you keep the infusions short in preparation. This older version of TianJian is mild and delicate, hard to infuse this tea to a strong state
The tea has a light fermentation and is closer in flavor to maoche than dark tea.
The bamboo pack is a 1000g pack, if you order 50g you will receive it weighed in standard packaging.
.
Brewing 100ml: Quick rinse, first infusion 20-40s, subsequent infusions pour 15-25s. In case of weakening of taste, start to increase the time of infusion.
Lasts for many infusions.
