A classic puerh brick according to recipe 7581, one of the classics from the CNNP factory in Kunming, vintage 2007.
This is a nicely matured, delicate Shu. Medium-bodied, smooth and sweet taste with notes of exotic woods and nuts. 

A true classic. You can take the whole 250g brick or just 50g, it's up to you.

Brewing for 100ml: 4-5g, 98°C, rinse, 40s for the first infusion, 30s for subsequent infusions, from the third infusion onwards, gradually extend the time interval according to personal preference.
