Fresh autumn harvest from the Assam Latumoni garden. A small family production that works organically but is still financially unable to pay for certification. Located in upper Assam, they specialize in micro batche and the highest quality produce.

So I am happy to be able to offer this fresh Assam to my customers as well. If you like Assam and full-bodied black teas, you will not be disappointed.

The aroma of the tea hit my nose immediately upon opening, it is very intense, full of sweet ripe fruit with a hint of spice.

This is then reflected in the taste of the tea - ripe fruit, a hint of spice, honey, but still a pleasantly fresh tea with a full body.

A very accomplished Assam, the most expensive Assam of the autumn range, but there's a reason for that.

Classic brewing: 150ml, 2,5g, 3 min, 95C.

Gongfu brewing: 150ml, 95C, 5-6g, shorter infusions around 20-45s depending on taste preference, lasts multiple infusions.
