Balagala BOP1 2024 - 50 g
Black tea from the Balagala tea garden in the southern part of Sri Lanka.
The tea is freshly harvested and made to order for our shop on March 8, 2024. It is a classic Sri Lankan black tea, however fresh and crisp.
The tea is full-bodied, combining cocoa in the taste, but also fresh fruitiness. A morning tea, very pleasant, but also thick and invigorating.
I deliberately chose this tea where the price/performance ratio is great. I will be happy to make it myself sometime.
Preparation for 150ml - 4-5g, 95°C, 90s-2 min. Possibly adjust the gramage and length of infusion according to personal preference.
