Bao Zhong Oolong - 50g

This is an excellent, slightly oxidized oolong up to 15%.
Bao Zhong is translated as wrapped in a leaf and the name comes from the ancient method of processing this delicious tea. Bright green infusion, sweetish taste with floral undertones.

One of the basic oolongs of Taiwan, yet delicious and with a great price/performance ratio.
 
 
Brewing: 100 ml, 4-5g of tea, 95C water, first pour 25s, then extend time interval. It lasts 3-5 infusions, depending on the preparation method.
