Autumn flush, the autumn harvest took place at the end of October in Bihar from the leaves of Assamica cultivar - TV25 / TV26. Altitude around 200m.
A truly delicious red tea. The aroma of dry leaf is a combination of mango, cherry and cinnamon. The palate is lightly fruity and caramelly, slightly spicy, with hints of blackcurrant and a lingering aftertaste.
Great stuff, I recommend it!
Preparation for 100-150ml - 3g, 95°C, 2,5-3 min. according to everyone's preference.
