Bulang Mountain Blend 2011/2017 - 200g
Shu Puerh weighing 200g. The tea is a combination of Bulang Mountain leaves processed in 2011 and Pasha leaves from 2017. It is therefore a blend where 30% of the leaves from old lao cha trees are fully sufficient to achieve a balanced flavour for this great daily drinker. Stored in Kunming, pressed and bottled 8/4/2019, Shi Dun brand .
A very pleasant, clean, smooth shu puer with chocolate and nutty notes, sweet aftertaste.
Now stored exclusively with other shu puers in a dedicated area, separate from the sheng puers.
Brewing: 100ml, 3-4g, 98°C, first infusion 10s, second 15s and then extend the time interval, lasts for many infusions.
