A fresh spring harvest from the Avongrove organic garden, located in the Rangbhang Valley. The garden sits at an elevation of up to 1,700 meters, and "Avongrove" translates to "bird's nest." The garden primarily uses clonal bushes, with the remainder being hybrid plants; only 20% are Assam cultivars.

A beautifully sweet, fresh aroma of dry leaves reminiscent of exotic woods and honeyed sweetness.

On the palate, a medium-bodied tea with a light amber infusion and a fresh flavor, combining floral and grassy notes with rich muscatel and exotic woods.

Gongfu: - 100ml, 4g, 90C and 10-20s and pour.
