First Flush from the Giddapahar Tea Estate. Giddapahar translates to "Eagle Mountain" or "Cliff." The estate was established in 1881 on the slopes of the Kurseong Valley. It uses both Chinese and clonal varieties. Located at an altitude of 1,370 to 1,600 meters, it is certified organic and covers an area of 115 hectares.

The infusion is golden-brown in color. The flavor is full-bodied and fresh, with predominant notes of exotic woods and spices and floral undertones.

Brewing: 150ml, 3g, 90°C, 1.5-2.5 min. depending on taste preferences.

Other brewing methods:

Gongfu: - 100ml, 4g, 90C and 10-20s and infuse.

Western Brewing: - 5g, 0.5l water, 90C, 2-3 mins.
