The first spring harvest from the garden of Giddapahar Tea Estate. Giddapahar means eagle mountain, cliff. The garden was established in 1881 on the slopes of the Kurseong Valley. It uses both Chinese and clonal varieties. Located at an altitude of 1370 to 1600 ma, the garden has an organic certification and covers an area of 115 hectares.

The infusion is a light, golden-brown colour. The palate is full-bodied, fresh on the palate with floral-fruity aromas and strong muscatel notes with a hint of meadow honey and a lingering finish. 

A spring harvest from a popular garden that has proven for years that it can produce great teas.

Brewing: 150ml, 3g, 90°C, 1.5-2.5 min. depending on taste preferences.

Other brewing methods:

Gongfu: - 100ml, 4g, 90C and 10-20s and infuse.

Western Brewing: - 5g, 0.5l water, 90C, 2-3 mins.
