 Spring harvest from the garden of Norht Tukvar. The garden, which was founded in 1852. It is one of the lower gardens, but it produces excellent teas. The altitude is 460-850m.a.s.l. The garden has Fair Trade certification and also Iso certification, HAACCP.

The infusion is golden in colour. The taste is full-bodied, intense, fresh on the palate with floral-fruity aromas and strong muscatel notes with hints of honey and notes of yellow melon, pear, ripe apple. A really hearty and expressive aftertaste.

A very refreshing spring harvest with good value for money.

Brewing: 150ml, 3g, 90°C, 1.5-2.5 min. depending on taste preferences.

Other brewing methods:

Gongfu: - 100ml, 4g, 90C and 10-20s and infuse.

Western Brewing: - 5g, 0.5l water, 90C, 2-3 mins.
