 Spring harvest from the Poobong Tea Estate garden, which is certified organic. The word Poobong means "valley beyond the clouds", a cryptic name as this area is protected by a mist of floating clouds that adds even more beauty to the lush green Poobong Tea Garden. Poobong tea estate is located near Sukhiapokhri and Ghoom.

The infusion is a light, golden-brown colour. The flavour is full-bodied, intensely fresh on the palate with floral-fruity aromas, light grassy notes and strong muscatel notes with a hint of meadow honey and a lingering aftertaste, again a beautifully flavour balanced tea.

Brewing: 150ml, 3g, 90°C, 1.5-2.5 min. depending on taste preferences.

Other brewing methods:

Gongfu: - 100ml, 4g, 90C and 10-20s and infuse.

Western Brewing: - 5g, 0.5l water, 90C, 2-3 mins.
