Autumn harvest from the Ringtong Tea Estate garden. The garden was able to be reopened in 1996 after a long period of time when the garden was burnt down by disgruntled workers. The garden is located in the Sonada valley.

The aroma of the tea is delicate, combining wood and spices.

The infusion is amber in colour, medium-bodied, with florality, light minerality, muscatel and perhaps a hint of citrus on the palate.

A pleasant autumnal Darjeeling with a nice price/performance ratio.

Classic brewing: 150ml, 2,5g, 3 min, 95C.

Gongfu brewing: 100ml, 95C, 3-4g, shorter infusions around 20-45s depending on taste preferences, lasts multiple infusions.
