Darjeeling Ringtong Moonlight FF2025 - 50g

The first spring harvest from the Ringtong Tea Estate garden. The garden was able to be reopened in 1996 after a long period of time when the garden was burnt down by disgruntled workers. The garden is located in the Sonada valley.

The aroma of the tea is delicate, floral and fresh.

The infusion is light amber in colour, medium-bodied, and the taste has a light florality combined with fruitiness and grasses, a hint of muscatel, and perhaps a hint of citrus.

A pleasant spring Darjeeling, as is usual with moonlight versions, lighter, more delicate.

Classic brewing: 150ml, 2,5g, 3 min, 95C.

Gongfu brewing: 100ml, 95C, 3-4g, shorter infusions around 20-45s depending on taste preferences, lasts multiple infusions.
