Dong Ding Oolong - 50g
It is a medium oxidized oolong - up to 30%, which is named after the mountain Dong Ding, i.e. the frozen peak. The tea was hand-picked in Baguashan, Nantou county. Average temperatures in this area are around 20 degrees Celsius, providing excellent conditions for growing tea.
The tea offers a sweet, creamy character with floral undertones and a fresh taste, also suitable for sipping on cooler days. Cui Yu T-13 and Jin Xuan T-12 cultivars were used to achieve this balance.
The tea was roasted by a master roaster in multiple stages, slowly and at a low temperature to achieve a great result, roasted in March 2022.
Brewing: 100 ml, 4-5g tea, 98C water, first pour 20-30s, then extend time interval. Lasts 4-6 infusions, depending on preparation method.
