White tea from Georgia, from the Etseri region.

The leaf is very nicely processed, see photos.

The aroma of the dry leaf is very delicate and fresh, slightly floral. .

The taste is delicate, fresh, clean, light and combining floral, apple, grass flavours with a mineral note. Very nice tea, great price ratio!

The tea is packed by 30g appearance to its volume.

Brewing: simply fill a teapot, gaiwan or any other leaf you can fit. It's so bulky you can't get much leaves in there anyway :). Then temperature around 95C. The first infusion within a minute, the next to taste, the tea doesn't over infuse, no need to worry about it. Personally suggest making it 2-3 infusions to draw out the flavors rather than trying for gongfu preparation with short times.
