A distinctive Wu Liang Shan Gu Shu from old, wild trees with stimulating effects on the body and contemplative effects on the state of mind. Pressed especially for us, the design of our cakes also comes from the Czech meadows and groves and we believe it will impress. This particular design fully explains the effects of this cake.
The harvest took place in the spring of 2021 at an altitude of 2000 m in the Wu Liang Shan region, China. It is a hand picked tea. The cake can be easily cut using a puerh awl. The tea was stored in Kunming and now in a pumidor where the humidity is maintained at 62-68%.
Flavours are slightly smoky, spicy yet sweet infusion, with a floral hint. The tea offers full body and can be stronger, need to keep the infusions quick and gradually increase the steeping time. As we say internally, nothing for princesses. It can also be mellow, while it's our choice when we need to be ready for more work :).
Brewing: 100ml, 3-4g, 90-95°C, 10-15s. first and second infusion, then extend the interval by seconds, according to each tea lover's taste, lasts for many infusions.
