The first spring harvest from the garden of Giddapahar Tea Estate. Giddapahar means eagle mountain, cliff. The garden was established in 1881 on the slopes of the Kurseong Valley. It uses both Chinese and clonal varieties. Located at an altitude of 1370 to 1600 ma, the garden has an organic certification and covers an area of 115 hectares.
The infusion is a light, golden-brown colour. The palate is full-bodied, fresh on the palate with floral-fruity aromas and pronounced muscatel notes and a lingering finish.
