Gyokuro originating from the Kyoto region, from a small family farm where the craft has been passed down for generations.
Harvested in May 2025 from the Gokou cultivar, the tea was shaded for 20 days.
An exquisite Gyokuro with the aroma of dry leaves, fresh grass, and sweet cream.
The taste combines the delicate umami of seaweed with notes of fresh walnuts.
Vacuum packed, stored in the fridge.

Brewing ideally in shiboridashi:
First infusion - 60C, 5g, 70-100 ml, 1m30s.
Second infusion - same temperature 20s
Further infusions, increase water temperature and extend the leaching time.
It should be noted that it is advisable to experiment with teas and discover their beauty!
