Ha Giang Snow Shan Tippy - 50g

Vietnamese red tea from Ha Giang region. The leaves are hand picked from wild tea trees in the spring of 2023. 

The tea comes from a small factory, the processed tea is from old tea trees, from an altitude of 1000-2300m. A single leaf and bud is processed and the tea therefore contains a significant proportion of tips. 

This is a complex black tea offering chocolate and malt notes with a hint of vanilla, with a hint of florality, ripe fruit and full body. A very suitable tea not only for morning sipping. 

Excellent price/performance ratio.

Preparation per 100ml - Gong fu Cha - 4-5g, 98°C, 25-35s min. first and second infusion, then extend the interval, according to taste, lasts many infusions.
