Second flush from Hattialli garden, one of the oldest Assamese gardens. The first Assamese garden to receive ISO certification in 1996.
One of the few gardens in Assam that produces tea from P-126, N-436 clones that are 20-40 years old and thus offer very high quality and consistent production.
Beautifully crafted leaf with a high percentage of tips.
The infusion is golden. The palate is full-bodied, fresh, floral and honeyed, hints of apricots and spices, without bitterness.
A really rich and balanced taste.
Preparation for 150ml - Gong fu Cha - 5g, 90-95°C, 60-70s min. first and second infusion, then extend interval, to taste, lasts multiple infusions.
Preparation for 250-300ml - 2-3g, 90-100C, 2-3 min.
