If you don't despise Earl Grey tea, this is the best I've had the opportunity to drink. Made from highland leaves. The smoothness of the black tea of the Taiwanese is uplifting when combined with the bergamot.
This is a very high quality tea, carefully crafted leaf rolled into larger spirals with the addition of bergamot. Of course, it can also be flavoured with honey in the morning, if you prefer.
A very good dayli drinker.
Brewing: 150ml, 4-5g, 98°C, 1 min minimum. I recommend letting it infuse completely, I have not managed to strain this tea yet, I prefer it stronger. This is a single infusion tea.
