Formosa High Mt. GuShu black tea - 50g
Rare tea from the northern region of Thailand, but processed in the Taiwanese way. It comes from ancient, wild tea trees from mountainous areas at altitudes above 1500 m above sea level, a purely alpine affair. The tea is hand-picked.
The harvest took place in September 2019 and the tea gains its charm over time. So it is up to you whether you want to enjoy it fresh or in a few years time when it gains lightness and elegance.
Imagine a combination of fragrant and flavourful Taiwanese black tea with a hint of puerh, a hint of menthol... a truly hard to describe combination. The tea is also very beautiful in leaf, as you can see from the attached photos.

Preparation per 100ml - Gong Cha - 5-6g, 98°C, 10-15 sec first and second infusion and then gradually extend the interval.
