High Mt. Shi Bi Gaba 2023 - 50g
Highland Gaba oolong from Shi Bi, Yuling County, using leaves from the Chin Xin cultivar. Harvested in March 2023, at an altitude of 1300-1500m above sea level, it is hand harvested. It has not lost its beauty with age.
Tea leaves rolled into classic irregular balls, as is customary in Taiwanese oolongs.
A golden, fresh infusion of full, balanced, sweet taste with hints of citrus, vanilla, ripe apples, apricots, exotic fruits.
An excellent treat among Gaba oolongs.
Vacuum packed like all Taiwan teas.
Brewing: 150ml, 5g tea, 90C water, first pour 60s, then shorter interval around 30s, then once it starts to weaken extend time interval as needed. Lasts for 5 or more infusions, depending on the method of preparation.
