This green tea was harvested from high-altitude tea plantations in the city of Huangshan, Anhui Province.

The gardens are located in a mountainous region at an elevation of 600–800 meters.

The tea is made from fresh leaves of the local, distinctive large-leaf Huangshan variety, picked before the Qingming Festival in 2026 and processed using traditional techniques.

The dry leaves have a very delicate, fresh, and slightly sweet aroma.

The infusion has a very light, clear yellow-green color. Both the aroma and taste of the tea are clean and long-lasting, combining floral notes with undertones of chestnut and a sweet, refreshing, deep flavor on the palate. A spring messenger from Huangshan :).

Brewing for 150 ml: 4–6 g, 85°C, 90–130 seconds for the first infusion, 120–140 seconds for the second, and 2–3 minutes for the third.

Since this is a very delicate tea, I allow for a wider range of preparation times, and it is necessary to adjust the times and amount of tea according to personal preference. Personally, I recommend using more tea and longer steeping times.
