Ishidera Fukamushi Sencha 2024 - 50g

Sencha from the Ishidera area of Wazuka, Kyoto, from a small family farm where the craft has been passed down for generations.
The harvest took place on 8/5/2024 from the Saemidori and Yabukita cultivars at an altitude of 100m.
It was shaded for 10 days and the tea is medium roasted (115C).
 
A smooth, fresh and full flavored spring sencha from very young buds, slightly fruity with a hint of muscatel in the background.
We recommend stirring the teapot lightly in a circular motion before pouring.
 
Preparation ideally in shiboridashi:
First infusion - 70C, 4g, 70-100 ml, 30s.
Second infusion - same temperature 25-40s
Subsequent infusions, increase water temperature and extend the leaching time. 
 
It should be noted that it is advisable to experiment with teas and discover their beauty!
