This is a lightly oxidized oolong from Ming Jian, Nantou County, with a milky flavour.
I bring this tea many times a year, there is always fresh tea in stock.
Jin Xuan already has a natural milky flavor by itself and is used for its suitability and quality, the added milky flavor is purely natural, however, the details and process of production is preserved in Taiwan.
The tea offers a light infusion, with a very sweet, milky taste. An excellent starter oolong for people starting to get to know tea, but not only for beginners :).
Brewing: 100 ml, 4-5g of tea, 98C water, first pour 30-40s, then extend the time interval. 3-4 infusions.
