Kamo Kabuse Okumidori Premium 2023 - 50g

Kabuse from the Kamo area of Kyoto, from a small family farm where the craft has been passed down for generations.
The harvest took place on 15/5/2023 from the Okumidori cultivar at an altitude of 70m.
It was shaded for 15 days and the tea was medium roasted (110C).
 
Quality Kabuse with a long lasting umami effect and a delicate nutty flavour coming from the Okumidori cultivar, a delicacy.
 
Vacuum packed, stored in the fridge.
 
Ideally prepared in shiboridashi:
First infusion - 60C, 4g, 70-100 ml, 1min.
Second infusion - same temperature 25-40s
Subsequent infusions, increase water temperature and extend the leaching time. 
 
It should be noted that it is advisable to experiment with teas and discover their beauty!
