Kamo Kabuse Okumidori Premium 2024 - 50g
The harvest took place on 15/5/2024 from the Okumidori cultivar at an altitude of 70m.
It was shaded for 15 days and the tea was medium roasted (110C).
Top notch Kabuse with a long lasting umami effect and a delicate nutty flavour coming from the Okumidori cultivar, a delicacy.
Vacuum packed, stored in the fridge.
Ideally prepared in shiboridashi:
First infusion - 60C, 4g, 70-100 ml, 1min.
Second infusion - same temperature 25-40s
Subsequent infusions, increase water temperature and extend the leaching time.
It should be noted that it is advisable to experiment with teas and discover their beauty!
