Kaneroku Cherry Blossoms Smoked Black - 50g

Black tea from the Shimada region of Shizuoka Prefecture. The tea is smoked with sakura wood from the Ichiro distillery in Chichibu, located in Tokyo. 
 
A truly unique black tea. The dry leaf has an intense aroma of smoked wood. However, in the cup everything is really beautifully balanced.
 
A very fresh, medium-bodied black tea that perfectly combines the flavors of cherry, a light florality, a smoky component that doesn't overpower the other flavors, and a hint of whiskey or dark chocolate.
 
A unique drink that may surprise many a black tea lover - vacuum packed, see photos.
Also a good substitute for evening whisky :).
 
 
Preparation 150 ml: First infusion - 90-95C, 5g, 40-55s
For subsequent infusions, extend the infusion time slightly... drink while you like :).
The tea will last 4 infusions, maybe more, depending on the preparation.
