A unique vintage chawan from the Kaneshige Riouen workshop.  Kaneshige Ritouen is a traditional pottery workshop in the Bizen region of Japan, one of the six oldest and most important Bizen pottery families, known as Bizen Rokusei. This family has a long history of pottery production in the Bizen region, dating back to the 17th century.

Bizen is simple, elegant, and calm in appearance. Very nice old work.

- diameter 15,5 cm

- height 6 cm.

Before use: just rinse, no further care is necessary.

Maintenance: do not use cleaning agents or a dishwasher. Clean by hand with clean water, without chemicals. The chawan should be left to dry after each use.
