Kenya Rhino 2023 - 50g

An excellent tea originating from Kenya, specifically Mt. Kenya, from the Kangaita Garden, located at an altitude of 2000-2400m. Due to its volcanic origin, Mt. Kenya is very suitable for tea cultivation, it is the top of the line among Kenyan teas. 

Hand harvested with a focus on top quality, the harvest date is January 2023. Beautifully crafted leaf with a high proportion of golden fuzzy tips and already in the leaf a very intoxicating aroma reminiscent of peach jam combined with oranges.

The tea is medium-bodied, with peach, citrus and cocoa flavours. Very mild, slightly stimulating, rather inducing a calm atmosphere.

Brewing: 100ml, 5-7g, 98°C, 25-45 s first infusion, then extend time interval. Lasts up to 3 infusions. Personally, I prefer the first infusion to be longer, it's a refreshing nectar.
