A beautiful yunomi cup by master Kimura Toho, who was born in 1928 and is no longer creating, I am not sure if he is still alive.

Master Kimura Tsuyoshi, whose real name was Kimura Seji, was the eldest son of Kimura Seji and took over the family workshop Tōshō-en in 1967. 

The Kimura family is one of the most important pottery families in Bizen-yaki. Master Kimura Toho was also vice-chairman of the Bizen Pottery Association Tōyū-kai and was part of the management of the Bizen-yaki Prefectural Museum.

The yunomi has a capacity of 200 ml, a height of 9 cm, and a diameter of 7 cm. The beautiful flame mark makes this piece unique. It is a part of Bizen-yaki history.

Before use: just rinse, no further care is necessary.

Maintenance: do not use cleaning agents or a dishwasher. Clean by hand with clean water, without chemicals. The chawan should be left to dry after each use.
