Black tea from Kiriyama area, Shimada City, Shizuoka Prefecture.
The production process of black tea is 20 hours of withering after harvesting, 2 hours of rolling, 6 hours of oxidation, 1 hour of stopping oxidation and 1 hour of drying.
The tea is very fresh, light, honey sweet, with fruity tones but still full of body and flavour. The tea is really very pleasant to drink and has a really excellent price/performance ratio.
This will end up in my cup I would say very regularly. It is grown in organically managed gardens.

Brewing for 150ml: First infusion - 90-95C, 6g, 60s, second infusion 30s, third infusion 30-40s, for subsequent infusions extend the steeping time, I think it can handle 4-5 infusions, although the last one will be weaker.
