Laos Mien Forest Phongsali Maocha 2022 - 50 g

Maocha from the northern tip of Laos, the Phongsali region, which is famous for its ancient tea trees.

Tea harvested by the Mien community living in the mountains there.
This is a forest o maocha from 2022, an orthodox drink processed by the local community.

In the infusion you will find the typical sweetness, florality, minerality, vegetal notes.
 
 
Preparation per 100ml :
First pour - 95C, 3-4g, 30- 40s.
Further infusions pour quickly, once the tea starts to lose strength, start to extend the time interval, say after 5-6 infusions. 
It should be noted that it is advisable to experiment with teas and discover their beauty!
