Meng Hai Chen Nian 2017 - 200g
Shu Puerh weighing 200g. The tea comes from the Meng Hai region and was harvested in 2012, matured in Meng Hai, then in Kunming, where it was pressed in 2017.
The leaves come from Tai Di Cha, or bush tea.
A very pleasant, clean, smooth shu puer with chocolate notes and a hint of walnut, sweet aftertaste.
Now stored exclusively with other shu puers in a space designed primarily for this purpose, separate from the sheng puers.
Brewing: 100ml, 3-4g, 98°C, first infusion 10s, second 15s and then extend the time interval, lasts for many infusions.
