Minami Yabukita 2nd flush 2022 - 50g

Second harvest black tea from the Minami area, Ujitawara, Kyoto, from a small family farm where the craft has been passed down for generations. Harvested on 14 July 2022 from the Yabukita cultivar at an altitude of 200m.
 
A very smooth, smooth, fresh, sweet taste with a refreshing, slightly chocolate texture, reminiscent of top Ceylon black tea in the background. A very pleasant addition to the great Japanese teas that will pleasantly surprise you!
 
Vacuum packed.
 
Brewing:
First infusion - 70C, 4g, 70-100 ml, 1 min.
For subsequent infusions, extend the infusion time... drink while you like it :).
