Minami Yabukita FF 2023 - 50g

Black tea from the first spring harvest, sourced from the Minami area, Ujitawara, Kyoto, from a small family farm where the craft has been passed down for generations. Harvested on 25 May 2023 from the Yabukita cultivar at an altitude of 200m.
 
A very smooth, smooth, fresh, sweet taste with a refreshing, slightly chocolate texture, reminiscent of a high-end Ceylon black tea in the background, combined with high-altitude Taiwan. A very pleasant addition to the great Japanese teas that will pleasantly surprise!
 
Vacuum packed.
 

Preparation 100ml:
First infusion - 70C, 4g, 70-100 ml, 1 min.
For subsequent infusions, extend the infusion time... drink while you like it :).
 
It should be noted that it is advisable to experiment with teas and discover their beauty!
