Premium quality jasmine tea from Ming Jian, Nantou County. The tea is from the TTES.12 cultivar, Jin Xuan, which was hand harvested in May 2025 at an altitude of 500m. The tea has undergone only a light oxidation of 10-15% and thus retains the typical aroma for pure Jin Xuan - which is very smooth in flavour, with a subtle milky aroma, sweet and floral taste.

The tea was then naturally scented with jasmine flowers, which were transported fresh immediately after picking to a family that has been involved in this process for generations.

This is indeed a very delicate and intoxicating drink that combines the flavours of Jin Xuan tea and jasmine flower. If you want to taste a quality jasmine oolong, this meets those parameters.

Brewing for 150 ml: 6-7 g, 95°C, 60-80 seconds for the first infusion, 30 seconds for subsequent infusions, or extend the time interval towards the end if the flavor of the infusion begins to weaken.
