It is a lightly oxidized oolong, between 10 - 15% sourced from the Ming Jian area, Nantou County. The altitude of the tea garden is 300-350 meters. It is a fast-growing variety which allows for more frequent harvesting, which is how the tea earned its name Four Season.

It is a surprisingly fresh tea full of spring notes and wildness. Very aromatic, evoking lily of the valley, jasmine, floral notes.

A very fun drink for spring days and at a very reasonable price!

Preparation per 100ml - Gong fu Cha - 5-6g, 95°C, 60-80 sec first infusion, second infusion 40-60 sec and then extend the interval.
