A cliff-grown yancha oolong harvested in May 2025 from the Qi Dan cultivar, which is considered one of the closest lines to the original Da Hong Pao and retains its unique characteristics. This is a single-varietal tea from tea trees over 20 years old. 

The harvest area is Mituoyan, which belongs to the core region within Wuyi. 

The tea is processed using the traditional charcoal roasting method, undergoing two cycles of slow roasting at a moderately low temperature over a total duration of 24 hours.

The dry leaf is classically twisted and firm, with a glossy appearance and a very pleasant creamy, sweet, fruity aroma. 

The infusion is orange-yellow in color with a reddish hue, very smooth, full-bodied, and without any hint of bitterness. 

The flavor combines notes of ripe fruit, almond marzipan, and mountain flowers, offering the distinctive mineral, rocky character of Yan Yun - Rock Rhyme, typical of teas from the core Wuyi region.

Preparation for 100-130 ml:  8,3g of tea, water at 98°C, basically immediately, pour after a few seconds; this applies to the first 5 infusions, then you can slowly extend the steeping time.
