Myanmar Black Ruby - 50g

Hand-picked, meticulously crafted and it must be said unique red highland tea from Myanmar, Thabeikkyin District, from the autumn harvest 2023 (harvested once a year). The altitude of the garden is around 1200 m.
 
The tea is steeped to approx. 70%, oxidation 2-2.5 hrs and subsequent rolling for approx. 60 min.
 
The appearance of the dry leaf is a beautifully twisted, very fragile leaf full of tips.
The aroma of the dry leaf is reminiscent of a combination of dried fruit, citrus, noble dry wood.
 
Light, honey-golden infusion, medium-bodied flavours. On the palate you can smell citrus, florality, woodiness, caramel.

Brewed at 150ml - 4g, 98°C, 3 mins, or adjust according to each individual's taste preferences. 

Multi-pour, lasts up to 3 infusions.
