Myanmar Tiny Temple Green - 50g

Hand-picked, meticulously crafted green highland tea from Myanmar, Thabeikkyin District, from the 2022 monsoon season. The garden's altitude is around 1200 m.
 
The tea is steeped at approx. 10-20%, roasting time 5-7 min. and then rolled for approx. 40 min.
 
The appearance of the dry leaf is beautifully twisted, very tender leaf full of tips.
The aroma of the dry leaf is floral with a vegetal component.
 
Light, greenish infusion, medium-bodied flavours. Citrus, grasses, florality and hints of noble wood on the palate.
 
 

Brewing: 150ml, 4g, 70°C, 3 min., or adjust according to individual taste preferences. 

Multi-pour, lasts up to 3 infusions.
