Myanmar White Spirit - 50g
Hand-picked, meticulously crafted high altitude green tea from Myanmar, Thabeikkyin District, from the autumn harvest of 2022. The altitude of the garden is around 1200 m.
Tea is steeped at approx. 10-20%, roasting time 5-7 min. and subsequent rolling for approx. 40 min.
The dry leaf is beautifully crafted, full of fluffy típs, see photos.
The aroma of the dry leaf is sweet, floral.
Light, bright infusion. On the palate you can smell a hint of pear, honeysuckle, sweet aftertaste.
Brewing per 150ml - 4g, 85-90°C, 3 min., or adjust to each individual's taste preferences.
Multi-pour, lasts up to 3 infusions.
