Jade oolong / Emerald oolong / Kingfisher Jade.
It is a lightly oxidized oolong, between 10 - 15% sourced from the Ming Jian area, Nantou County. The altitude of the tea garden is 300-400 meters.
TTES.13 is a trio of Si Ji Chun and Jin Xuan and was bred in 1981. However, it is more difficult to find and growers prefer Si Ji Chun because TTES.13 is more susceptible to cold weather. It is therefore cultivated at lower altitudes and is also affordable because it is not harvested at low altitudes.
It is a surprisingly fresh tea full of spring notes and wildness. It is very aromatic, surpassing the well-known Si Ji Chun or Jin Xuan cultivars in its potency. The taste evokes strong floral notes, jasmine, spring freshness.
A very fun drink for spring days and at a very reasonable price! This can be a tea for everyday drinking.
