Nature Farming Gaba Green PQM 2026 - 50 g

This is an excellent Gabu made from the TTES.12 Jin Xuan cultivar. This harvest is from March 2026, making it an absolutely fresh tea.

The tea is hand-picked in the Baguashan area of Nantou County, at an altitude of around 200 meters above sea level.

The leaves are briefly dried indoors, then placed in vacuum chambers where they undergo the GABA process, which is best described as "oxygen-free oxidation :)". After many hours, the leaves are removed, halting the oxidation process, and drying follows.

The result is a leaf ranging in color from bright green to brown, with a very exotic aroma of the dry leaf reminiscent of a combination of apples, yellow melon, and cream.

This is subsequently reflected in the flavor, which is a combination of fresh apples, yellow melons, and sweet, buttery cream (derived from the Jin Xuan cultivar, often described as “milky”), resulting in a light and very fresh infusion that is never bitter.

Brewing: 150 ml, 6 g, 90°C, 60 seconds for the first infusion, then 30 seconds for subsequent infusions; extend the steeping time toward the end.

Preparation per 100ml - Gong fu Cha - 4g, 90°C, 40-60s, depending on preference, then increase the time interval.
