The first spring harvest from a high-altitude Nepalese garden situated in the picturesque hills of eastern Nepal.

A beautifully processed first flush that can hold its own against competition from Darjeeling. The leaves range in color from brown to light green, with a good proportion of tips. The dry leaves give off a floral aroma.

The infusion is light, golden in color. The flavor is medium-bodied, fresh on the palate with floral notes of spring blossoms, orchids, hints of ripe grapes and citrus, a delicate honeyed sweetness, and a very long aftertaste.

Brewing: 150ml, 3g, 90°C, 1.5-2.5 min. depending on taste preferences.

Other brewing methods:

Gongfu: - 100ml, 4g, 90C and 10-20s and infuse.

Western Brewing: - 5g, 0.5l water, 90C, 2-3 mins.
