Tea from Simpali Tea Estate, located in Green Valley. A young Nepalese garden that was established in 2019, although the owners have been farming 30 hectares since 1999.The main focus is the production of orthodox teas.This tea is first flush 2024, which was harvested in March.

A Nepalese, spring black tea with beautifully crafted leaves, with a high proportion of downy tips. The aroma of the dry leaf is fresh, slightly sweet and combines flowers with grasses. The taste is very noble, delicate and full of spring flowers, fresh, as expected from a quality first flush darjeeling.

Another successful alternative for spring Darjeeling. Really top price/performance ratio.

Brewing: 150ml: 2,5g, 90-95°C, 2-3 min.

Brewing 500ml: 5g, 95°C, 2-3 min.
