I am offering a set of two Asamushi Sencha teas from the Obhukudani region for a simple reason. These are two teas from the same region, but they differ in their production: one is from an open tea field, while the other was shaded for 10 days. This is a nice example of the impact that 10 days of shading has on the final taste of the tea.

1) Ohbukudani Asamushi Sencha 2025

2) Ohbukudani Asamushi Sencha Shaded 2025

Brewing 100ml:
First infusion - 70C, 4-5g, 70-90s.
Second infusion - same temperature 25s
Subsequent infusions increase the water temperature and increase the leaching time. 
 
It should be noted that it is advisable to experiment with teas and discover their beauty!
