Harvest November 2023..
.
Unique black tea from the Qi Yun cultivar - TTES.23. This cultivar was bred from the Qimen cultivar. It is a winter harvest that took place in November 2023 in Baguashan, Nantou County, at an altitude of 200-300m.
The tea is hand-picked and heavily oxidized. A nicely processed large leaf, with a partial proportion of downy tips.
The aroma of the dry leaf is a combination of flowers, fruit and cream.
The infusion is very refreshing, medium-bodied. The taste is floral, combined with sweet stone fruit and a hint of muscat and cinnamon. A very pleasant, lingering aftertaste that tickles the palate and fills your mouth with aftertaste for a long time.
This is a very limited production.
.
Preparation per 100ml - Gong fu Cha - 4g, 95°C, 50-60s, depending on preference, then increase the time interval.
Lasts for quite a few infusions, 5 or more.
